Water
Burst pipes, appliance failures, and flooded basements get worse by the hour. We extract the water, set commercial drying equipment the same day, and track moisture readings until the structure is verifiably dry.
Water damage restoration
Fast emergency cleanup services for water, fire, flooded basements, mold, sewage and storms across Toronto and the GTA—from first response to final rebuild.
Start with what happened
Fast enough for the emergency. Thorough enough for the rebuild. Clear enough that you always know what comes next.

Burst pipes, appliance failures, and flooded basements get worse by the hour. We extract the water, set commercial drying equipment the same day, and track moisture readings until the structure is verifiably dry.
Water damage restoration
After the fire department leaves, the house is open, wet, and full of soot. We board up, remove the debris, clean the smoke residue before it sets, and rebuild what the fire took.
Fire damage restoration
Mold is a moisture problem before it is a cleaning problem. We find the source, contain the area under negative air, remove the affected material, and verify the fix so it does not come back.
Mold removal services
Wind, hail, fallen trees, and ice dams do not wait for business hours. We tarp the roof, board the openings, dry the interior, and manage the repair from emergency call to final shingle.
Storm damage restoration
A different kind of contractor
You get one point of contact, plain-language updates, photo documentation, and a clear path from damage control to a finished room.
Extraction, tarping, board-up or containment begins immediately.
Photos, readings and scopes keep you and your insurer aligned.
Cleaning, demolition and reconstruction stay under one roof.
The job ends when your space feels whole again.
From panic to plan
A person answers, not a machine. We ask what happened, tell you what to shut off or stay away from, and dispatch a crew — typically on site within the hour for emergencies in the GTA.
We stop the damage from spreading: extraction, tarping, board-up, containment. Then we map the full extent of the loss with moisture meters and thermal imaging, and photograph everything for the claim.
Commercial dehumidifiers and air movers run until the readings say dry — not until the schedule says so. Smoke, sewage, and mold are removed under the right containment with the right disposal.
The same company that dried the structure rebuilds it: insulation, drywall, flooring, paint, trim. You sign off on a finished space, and your insurer gets a complete file from first photo to final invoice.

From our work
Each summary combines details from many similar jobs we have done. They describe our real work, not one specific property, and leave out homeowner details for privacy.
During a major Toronto flood, sewers backed up into finished basements across North York. Sewer water is contaminated, so anything porous it soaks is treated as unsalvageable.
Basements rebuilt with new walls and floors, documented for the insurance claim.
Sewage backup cleanupWhere sewage sat longer or reached the furnace room, the damage went past the floor: walls, mechanical equipment and finishes were all affected.
One crew handled the job from extraction through HVAC, walls, flooring and final finish.
Flooded basement cleanupCabinets, counters and lower finishes soak up contaminated water, and in some homes the flood reached a basement kitchen.
How much we replace depends on how contaminated the space is, not on a fixed package.
Reconstruction after a lossEmergency restoration services
Call (437) 800-3677 at any hour. For active water, fire, sewage or storm damage we dispatch a crew and typically arrive within the hour in Toronto and the GTA. Non-urgent problems, such as suspected mold, are booked for an assessment, usually within a day or two.
Water extraction and drying equipment, roof tarping, board-up of broken windows and doors, sewage containment, and soot stabilization before residue sets.
Photos, moisture readings and daily drying logs from day one, and a written scope your adjuster can review. In most cases we bill the insurer directly.
After drying and cleaning, the same company rebuilds: insulation, drywall, flooring, trim and paint, so you are not hiring a second contractor.
